About Me
My name is Declan Caffrey. I’m the founder of 360e Recruitment. My career began in retail banking, where I gained a solid grounding in people, process, and performance. From there, I moved into investment banking, managing operations and learning how to keep fast-moving businesses on track. I then joined IBM, where I built a successful career in technical sales—starting on the front line and eventually leading a team within IBM’s Global Asset Recovery division. That’s where I first truly connected with the principles of the circular economy.
Following my time at IBM, I worked with several key players in the IT asset disposition space—companies that gave me a hands-on view of the circular economy, from warehouse floors to boardrooms. These experiences sharpened my understanding of the industry from every angle, whether handling high-volume logistics or shaping commercial sales strategies.
Today, through 360e, I help companies find the talent they need to succeed in this space—and I help great people find purpose-driven roles in sales, business development, operations, and the evolving world of IT asset recovery
